Vyadh Colloids – Open Context Payment Protocol Notice

(Public Metadata & T&C Clause – Effective Retroactively)

Effective Date: 1 January 2025 (applies to all past and future works)

Vyadh Colloids Pvt Ltd (“Provider”) asserts that all concepts, designs, modules, frameworks, algorithms, data models, blueprints, strategic recommendations, and any other intellectual deliverables created and/or shared by the Provider — whether delivered in person, digitally, in written form, or verbally — are protected under the Quantum Services Open Context Payment Protocol (QS-OCPP).

1. Scope of Protection

This protection applies retroactively and prospectively to:

All work created since the founding of Vyadh Colloids Pvt Ltd

All deliverables provided to individuals, businesses, institutions, or organizations without a formal written contract

Any adaptation, derivative work, integration, or deployment of such deliverables

2. Payment Obligation

Usage = Payment:

By accessing, using, deploying, integrating, reproducing, or deriving value from any Vyadh Colloids deliverable, the user automatically agrees to:

Pay the applicable license fee as published by the Provider

Settle outstanding usage fees within 7 business days of notification

3. Retroactive Licensing

Parties currently using deliverables originating from Vyadh Colloids without a payment agreement are hereby granted provisional rights for 30 days from the Effective Date.

To maintain lawful use after this period, a paid license must be obtained.

4. Enforcement

Failure to comply may result in:

Formal legal action under applicable intellectual property laws

Public listing of non-compliant entities in the Open Context Non-Compliance Registry

Revocation of any rights to continued use

5. Acceptance

This clause forms part of Vyadh Colloids’ public Terms & Conditions and applies whether or not a separate contract was signed.

By continuing to use or benefit from any Vyadh Colloids deliverable, the user is deemed to have accepted these terms.
